CoSA Partner of Project 5G-TELK-NF - 23.11.2020 08:25
The project 5G-TELK-NF (an acronym for the four partner communities of Leck, Klixbüll, Tinningstedt, and Enge-Sande in North Frisia) deals with the combination of 5G and autonomous driving. The project aims to set up a 5G campus network in which various applications of the autonomous driving network (ADN) and autonomous flying. It is tested so that the results can also be used for real scenarios on time.
The project outline for 5G-TELK-NF was positively assessed by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) and is now called for a funding application to be submitted for the outline. Once the application has been accepted, the project partners have around € 4,000,000 available for research and development.
The center of excellence CoSA is represented by Prof. Horst Hellbrück (project head) and Prof. Andreas Hanemann (security). Other research partners in the project are the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, RWTH Aachen University and the University of Lübeck.
